Casa Laiya was conceived as a family rest house — a place where gatherings feel relaxed, personal, and entirely your own. Set on a private one-hectare property in Laiya, Batangas, the Casa offers generous spaces for families and groups to come together, unwind, and enjoy privacy at their own pace.

Throughout the main house, guests will find original artworks by Manuel Rodriguez Sr., fondly known as “Lolo Maning,” the grandfather of one of the owners of Casa Laiya and a National Artist nominee regarded as the Father of Philippine Printmaking.

Beyond the interiors, the estate opens to landscaped grounds with a 300-square-meter swimming pool, a private 18-seater chapel, and an entertainment center for games and karaoke. A peaceful mangrove beach is just a five-minute walk away, offering a quiet seaside option before returning to the calm of the estate.
